Baseline sessions are designed to provide a foundation and a reference data for observing and accessing changes induced by breathwork in subsequent sessions. Thus, we kindly ask you that during these sessions you refrain from engaging in any stress-inducing activities, such as watching TV, using social media, etc. Instead, consider indulging in light reading, using material of your choice or these recommended blog posts:

We will now identify your resonance frequency. We will do this in 2 steps. First we will find an approximate value using the CO2 Tolerance test. You will then perform guided breathwork of increasing breath duration to help us identify your resonance frequency more precisely.

Step 5: Please remain seated for the next 10 minutes without intentionally altering your breathing pattern. Feel free to engage in light reading during this time. Avoid watching TV, using social media, or participating in any stressful activities.
